Before your session...
Finding the right clothing & props:
Browse through PinUp photos or through the links listed below to get inspired to find your PinUp style. To complete your look, you can find great vintage props and clothing online, at antique shops and even in your own family and relatives homes. For example, a beach theme... Bring a swimsuit, colorful umbrella, beach towel, fake crab and a bottle of sun-tan lotion. Props will make your photos unique to fit your style.
The best pose:
No need to worry about posing, we will be helping you with a pose that will best suite your outfit and body type. PinUp posing is very exaggerated so it will feel funny at first, but it will make for the perfect photo.
Things to bring to your session:
Lingerie, props, nude and/or black thigh highs, garter belts, cute bra and panty set, short skirts, hi-heels...bring a few pairs. Costume jewelry and anything else you may want to wear or bring for your portraits.
Be physically prepared:
The day of your session, come in with your hair dry and clean and without make-up. Make sure you rest well the night before and eat something light before your session. The lights can be a bit overwhelming at times so your want to be prepared physically.
After the shoot:
We will book a proofing session where you will get to purchase all of your favorite portraits. Your pictures will be retouched and painted to PinUp perfection and then ready to pickup within 4-6 weeks.
